1. About GrabNXT

  • GrabNXT is a local business listing platform where vendors can post their products, offers, and services for users to browse.
  • We do not sell products or services directly. Users must contact vendors for purchases.
  • Vendors can buy listing packages to post offers, but these packages cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

2.1. Users (Buyers & Visitors)

  • Must be at least 18 years old to use GrabNXT.
  • You are responsible for verifying vendor details before making any purchase.
  • GrabNXT does not guarantee product quality, pricing, or vendor reliability.

2.2. Vendors (Business Owners & Sellers)

  • Vendors must provide accurate business details when registering.
  • Listings must comply with legal and ethical guidelines (e.g., no illegal or counterfeit products).
  • Vendors must respond to user inquiries professionally and honestly.
  • Prohibited Listings: We do not allow listings for illegal, adult, weapons, drugs, alcohol, or misleading products.

3. Listings & Vendor Responsibilities

3.1. Posting Listings

  • Vendors can list products, services, and offers after purchasing a listing package.
  • Listings must contain accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • We reserve the right to remove any misleading or inappropriate listings without a refund.

3.2. Vendor Conduct

  • Vendors must honor the offers and prices listed on GrabNXT.
  • Any fraudulent, misleading, or scam activities will result in account suspension or permanent termination.
  • Vendors must handle payments, delivery, and customer service independently—GrabNXT is not involved in these transactions.

4. User Responsibilities & Reviews

  • Users can leave reviews based on their experience with vendors.
  • Fake, abusive, or defamatory reviews will be removed.
  • Users must verify vendor details before making any payments.
  • GrabNXT is not responsible for any disputes between users and vendors.

5. Payments & Refunds for Vendors

  • Vendors must purchase a listing package to post their products/services.
  • All payments are final—we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a package is purchased.
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with our policies.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Vendors grant GrabNXT a non-exclusive license to display their listings on our platform.
  • Users may not copy, scrape, or reproduce content from GrabNXT without permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

Using GrabNXT for any of the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
  • Selling or promoting illegal, counterfeit, or banned products.
  • Spamming users with promotional messages.
  • Using bots or automated scripts to manipulate listings.
  • Engaging in hate speech, harassment, or abuse.
  • Violating laws or regulations applicable in India.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • GrabNXT is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from transactions between users and vendors.
  • We do not verify every listing, so users and vendors must exercise caution.
  • Our platform is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uptime, availability, or error-free operation.

9. Termination & Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate user/vendor accounts for violating our policies.
  • If GrabNXT faces legal issues, government restrictions, or natural disasters, we reserve the right to shut down or suspend services.
  • In case of termination, vendors will not receive refunds for listing packages.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these T&C periodically.
  • Users and vendors will be notified of significant changes.
  • Continuing to use GrabNXT after changes means you accept the updated terms.
