1. No Refund Policy on Listing Packages

At GrabNXT, we provide business listing services to help vendors promote their products, offers, and services. Since we do not sell physical or digital products directly, our refund policy applies only to listing packages purchased by vendors.

  • All purchases of listing packages are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a listing package is activated, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
  • We do not offer refunds for unused listings, changes in business needs, or vendor dissatisfaction after purchase.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

In rare cases where a technical error on our platform prevents a vendor from using their purchased listing package, we will:

  • Investigate the issue and attempt to resolve it promptly.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, we may offer package adjustments or service credits instead of a refund within 5 working days.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days via the original payment method and will only be considered if GrabNXT fails to deliver the purchased service due to technical issues on our platform.

3. Service Disruptions & Force Majeure

GrabNXT reserves the right to terminate or suspend services due to:

  • Legal or government regulations.
  • Unforeseen events like natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or technical failures.
  • Policy violations by vendors.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for remaining listing durations or active packages.
